Order a replacement device

If you have lost your FINDER, you are welcome to contact our customer service (by phone or email) so that we can postpone your subscription due date by a few days if necessary and thus replace the downtime.

After you have purchased a new FINDER in our shop, you can conveniently provide us with the old ID number as well as the new ID number so that we can exchange your new FINDER for the lost FINDER in your subscription and replace it.
