The seal on the Amazon order was already open:
First of all, we would like to apologise very much for the fact that the seal had already been opened. In this case, the items are shipped directly via Amazon, which unfortunately means that we have no influence on the shipping process.
Nevertheless, the opened seal does not necessarily mean that there is a fault. If you cannot see any damage to the unit or accessories, we would ask you to test the unit and give us feedback accordingly should any faults occur. It is possible that the seal was only damaged during the shipping process without the packaging being opened.
